Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, two large smart TVs, complimentary high-speed WiFi and TV streaming services. Sleep in comfort in our spacious king-size bed, ensuring a restful night after a day in the sun. For your beach days, we've got you covered with two complimentary beach tags, beach chairs and an umbrella. Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. Wake up in the cozy bedroom with a king-size bed, smart TV, walk-in closet and laptop desk. You can find a kids pack and play in the closet. The bedroom as well as the living room have direct access to the bathroom with a tub shower combination. Both rooms have air condition and heating. You will also get a house manual with tips and recommendations to enjoy your stay even more. Wifi, one parking spot, two beach chairs and an umbrella are included as well. Start your vacation now and enjoy endless beaches, many indoor and outdoor dining experiences plus a rich history and architectural diversity. The condo is on the second floor in the addition of the historic Baronet Mansion at Beach Avenue. There are several units in both buildings.

Other Details to Note

We provide sheets, linens, and towels. Please bring your own beach towels and toiletries. The shared coin-operated laundry is available from April 1 through October 30. Please note that this is a historic building, and open fires are not permitted. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. Kindly keep all personal belongings inside to ensure there is ample space for everyone to access their condos comfortably. We’re happy to host your well-behaved furry friend. Rest assured, your stay will be safe and comfortable—this home is deep-cleaned, and all high-touch surfaces are thoroughly disinfected before your arrival.

Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises and there are no open fires or even candles allowed. Please keep all your belongings inside to meet the fire protection requirements. Please respect your new neighbors by keeping the noise level at a moderate level - especially at night. If you bring your pet, please kindly keep it off the furniture, including the bed. The condo is located in the historic district in Cape May. The historic district was designated a National Historic Landmark on May 11, 1976, and is a showcase of late-Victorian-era architecture. Take your camera on a stroll through town to capture beautiful preserved buildings from the 1800s.

Guest Access

You have access to the entire condo as well as the joint porch and joint laundry. The laundry is not available during late fall and winter/ early spring.

The rental was perfect for us. We brought our dog and it worked out great. The place was very clean and looked just like the pictures. Julia was quick with responding to any questions. Overall we had excellent experience staying here.

We had another wonderful stay at Julia‘s Beachside condo in Cape May. The apartment was conveniently located across the street from the beach and close to restaurants and shops.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay in this apartment. It was clean and well-equipped; it even felt more spacious than the photos. Good closet space. We know Cape May well and were happy to find an apartment so close to the beach and the restaurants we like. The opportunity to use the front porch of the main house and an assigned parking space were big plusses for us. We would book it again.

Fantastic location right across the road from the beach. The apartment was compact but well laid out, clean and fresh with excellent air con and a comfortable king size bed. Walk in closet was a bonus as well as the beach chairs and umbrella. Walking distance to the center of town and a multitude of dining options. Everything was as described and Julia was a very responsive host who helped us quickly with tv log ins etc. The WiFi connection was great too. All in all a perfect, compact beach getaway.

Leave your car in the designated parking spot. Many restaurants, shops and activities are either in walking distance or a short bike ride away. You will find several bike shops close to the condo.
