Cape del Mar Vacation Rentals

We had a lovely stay at Julia’s place! It was so cozy and charming and was exactly what we were looking for. The location was perfect, walkable to restaurants and shops. The beach is literally across the street. Her place had everything we needed and was stocked with the essentials (TP, paper towels, etc). Julia was very responsive and so helpful! Can’t wait to stay here again as Cape May is just an absolute gem and we had never done more than a day trip before!

Loved the space it was best clean and cozy me and my family had a wonderful time. Julia was an amazing host was responsive and very helpful from the start with answering questions. The property set up was great and even had items that were very helpful while traveling with a little time such as a high chair and toys. Would recommend to anyone looking for a rental in the Cape May area.

Cape Oar is even more charming than in the photos. The building is very old and historic, but very well maintained. There is a retail storefront on one side and apartments on the other. The entrance is private and the porch is a wonderful bonus. Parking (off-street) was very easy and secure. Inside everything is clean and modern. There are two mini-splits for heating/cooling, and they are whisper quiet. Washer and dryer were convenient. We got caught in a downpour one night and having a dryer was very welcome! The decor and lighting is soft and inviting. The bed is memory foam and comfy. We didn't us the TVs or music speaker, but they're there if you need them. Finally, the location is premium. Just a couple of blocks from the outdoor mall and the beach. Two passes included, and also a ticket for chair & umbrella rentals! Everything is walkable. Acme grocery right across the street. We liked the coffee place right across, too (better than in the mall). Thanks, Julia & Hanno!

This is the second year in a row that we’ve stayed with Julia, as always, the condo was clean and came with everything we needed. The location of this property is hard to beat, it’s right across the street from the beach and also provided a front row seat to the 4th of July fireworks and parade. We can’t wait to come back again next year!

Amazing host and an amazing home. Julia was very responsive and had wonderful recommendations for us all week. Would recommend to anyone visiting Cape May and would definitely stay here again!

Julie's place was the best! My wife and i celebrated our anniversary down at cape may and we couldn't have asked for a better stay. Location was amazing, right across the street from the beach and a quick walk to food. Would highly recommend another stay here! Thank you julie!!

Our stay was great! Julia was extremely proactive explaining how to find the parking for the condo as well as providing codes, location of the elevator, and places for breakfast, lunch and dinner. One thing I loved about the amenities here was that she had beach chairs and an umbrella to use so we didn't have to haul those items on our trip. Also, traveling with a little one is difficult, Julia includes a pack n play at this rental. Also extremely helpful so we didn't have to bring our own. Everything was within walking distance. We would definitely book again.

We had an great stay at Julia’s and Hanno’s place. Great location and central to most restaurants and shops. Although we did not walk to the beach, it is an easy walk. The beach tags addition was an added bonus on top of the fully equipped kitchen, covered amenities, and onsite parking. Highly recommend.

Our family had a great time staying at Julia’s place. The kids loved sharing a bunk bed looking out the top floor cupola window. Super easy to walk to the beach!

We loved the private apartment. The layout, appliances, and interior were all recently redone and set up very well. Everything was squeaky clean and felt very comfortable. We loved how close it was to the beach and the downtown area with shoppes and restaurants. We would definitely go back again!
